19. The representative of Japan thanked Viet Nam for its preliminary answers. He was pleased to hear the positive view on Viet Nam's compliance with the TRIPS Agreement and on utilizing intellectual property for economic growth. He expressed his desire to continue to deepen the cooperation between Japan and Viet Nam. He said that Japan would review the written responses and come back to them if necessary at a later stage.
