The representative of India supported the proposal by Brazil, which would facilitate effective compliance with the obligations under Article 67, while also benefiting from related work in WIPO on the implementation of the Development Agenda and ensuring a balanced implementation of the TRIPS Agreement in light of its objectives and principles laid down in its Articles 7 and 8.
