1. In proposing the agenda for adoption, the Chairman said that item L on "Implementation of Paragraph 6 System" had been put on the proposed agenda at the written request of the delegations of Brazil, China, Cuba, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Peru and Venezuela, dated 26 May 2010, and that item M on "TRIPS plus Enforcement Trends" had been put on the proposed agenda at the written request by the delegations of China and India, also dated 26 May. He proposed that the Council adopt the agenda as proposed.
