The representative of China said that her delegation would like to follow the rule that those who had proposed an item could withdraw or amend it, and consequently it was up to China and India to come up with a title for the agenda item. She said that the title that they had proposed was "TRIPS plus enforcement trends" and that they would prefer that this title be maintained. However, her delegation was prepared to show flexibility in order to allow the meeting to go on.
