419.   I would just like to thank the proponents for the paper and for contributing to the discussion of the less studied issue of IP, innovation, and microfinance. The sharing of experiences has been very interesting and certainly helpful as Members consider their relevant policies and initiatives against the backdrop of post-pandemic recovery. If the proponents could just share their written statement, that would be great.
