Este Decreto establece el Reglamento del Decreto - Ley No. 290 “DE LAS INVENCIONES Y DIBUJOS Y MODELOS INDUSTRIALES”, de fecha 21 de noviembre de 2011, mediante el cual se regula el procedimiento de concesión de las patentes y los certificados de registro de los modelos de utilidad, los dibujos y modelos industriales. El Decreto - Ley No. 290 “DE LAS INVENCIONES Y DIBUJOS Y MODELOS INDUSTRIALES” fue notificado en el documento IP/N/1/CUB/D/1 el 5 de noviembre de 2012.
