6. Brief description

The Rules amend the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2000 to require the payment of £50 if the proprietor of a Community trade mark or international trade mark (EC) wishes to receive notification of the results of a search of the register conducted under Article 4 of the Trade Marks (Relative Grounds) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/1976).
