6. Brief description
A new Act on trade names (2018: 1653) repeals the Trade Names Act (1974: 156). The new Act is modernized, clearer and easier to apply than the previous one. The new Act on trade names (2018: 1653), as notified, incorporates changes made by Amendment Act SFS 2020: 546.
