6. Brief description
The legal text changes articles 5, 68, 97, 98, 99 and 100, adds arts. 98-A, 98-B, 98-C, 99-A, 99-B, 100-A, 100-B and 109-A and revokes art. 94 of Law 9.610, of February 19, 1998, to provide for the collective management of copyright, and other measures.
