6. Brief description
El texto que se notifica obedece a reformas necesarias en el Reglamento de la Ley de Derecho de Autor y Derechos Conexos, para las definiciones del mismo, entre otros aspectos agregando a las mismas el Tratado de Marrakech para facilitar el acceso a las obras publicadas a las personas ciegas, con discapacidad visual o con otras dificultades para acceso a texto impreso; así mismo incorpora dentro de los derechos morales y patrimoniales, los deberes y facultades de las entidades autorizadas, incorporando los artículos 30 bis y 30 ter para tal fin.
