Trade Marks Amendment (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Act 2011, No. 149, 2011
The purpose of the Trade Marks Amendment (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Act 2011 is to provide a regulation making power in the Trade Marks Act 1995 so that, if necessary, the Government can quickly remedy any unintended interaction between the Tobacco Plain Packaging Act and the Trade Marks Act.
