6. Brief description
The notified text is the Consolidated Act on Copyright with recent amendments implementing the EU directives 2011/77/EU (Term of protection) and 2012/28/EU (Orphan works). The Act regulates copyright protection in general and is the only regulatory framework in Denmark on copyright.
