6. Brief description

Amends the Principal Act by deleting all references to the "Administrator-General" "Registrar" and substituting it with "Solicitor-General". Also, includes a new provision authorizing the Solicitor- General to nominate a person to act on his or her behalf for the purpose of exercising his or her powers conferred by or duties prescribed under the Act.
