Act on Civil Procedures (as amended) (No. 99 of 4 December 1963)
The Act establishes the basic procedures for civil judicial proceedings and provides for fair and equitable protection of the rights and justifiable interests of parties. Regional courts as the courts of the first instance have jurisdiction over IPR cases. The Act contains also rules on administrative justice proceedings concerned with review of decisions taken by public and state administrative bodies.
