6. Brief description
The Act governs procedures, whereby state administrative bodies and agencies take decisions on rights, interests protected by rights and obligations of natural and juridical persons. Provisions of the Act apply to the proceedings dealing with IPRs in particular proceedings before the Industrial Property Office.
