6. Brief description
The Act contains provisions implementing the TRIPS Agreement and the Trademark Law Treaty and provisions adjusting the registration procedure. Reference is made, in particular, to Sections 15(3)(ii), 15(3)(iii), 18, 27, 30, 35 and 48 of the Consolidated Trademarks Act.
