Amendment on the Section about secret documents in the possession of an authority concerning information about funding the elections Amendment restricting the concerned parties' right to access information concerning foreclosure of property and an amendment on an Section about secret documents in the possession of an authority concerning information about private person's yearly income. Amendments on Sections on the concerned parties' right to access information concerning information about witnesses and the trial documents, on secret documents in the possession of an authority concerning personal information about the person who is accused of a crime and the appealing of the decisions of an authority in the matters of publicity of the documents.
