Purpose of legislation The Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) makes new provision in respect of the registration of trade marks and provides for connected matters. The Trade Marks Rules (Cap. 559, sub. leg.) prescribes provisions and procedures under the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559).
