Trade Marks Amendment Act 1996
Purpose of legislation To make some miscellaneous amendments to the Trade Marks Act 1953, principally as follow-up amendments to those contained in the Trade Marks Amendment Act 1994. The 1994 Act amended the Trade Marks Act 1953 in order to comply with the TRIPS Agreement.
