6. Brief description
Registration of public signs as trademarks; restrictions. Protection of foreign coats of arms and other signs. Penalties. Articles 1.4, 2, 3 and 10: Ban on the use, for business purposes, of coats of arms and other signs pertaining to the Confederation, the Cantons or foreign States on products and their packaging. The misleading use thereof with regard to geographical origin is considered unethical.
