This Statute under Article 42 of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law Nº 5846 provides for conditions for establishing professional unions and federations for the authors of the works and the owners of neighbouring rights, duties, revenues, inspections, membership, remuneration and royalties and other procedural issues.
