6. Brief description
The objectives of this Regulation are: to determine the persons who are entitled to produce and import films, video cassettes, audiocassettes and their qualifications, rules to obey, unprofessional works and to determine the principles of the co-productions that shall be produced by foreigners who want to make films in Turkey for commercial purposes, natural persons or legal entities of Turkish nationality who work on behalf of foreigners and legal and the nature of the people of Turkish nationality.
