6. Brief description
Article 17 is in line with paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the TRIPS Agreement. Limitations on the design right are mentioned in Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24 of the Decree-Law. The duration of protection is explained in Article 12 of Decree-Law Nº 554.
