6. Brief description
General provisions, right to protection, limitation of protection application and registration, legal transactions related with the application and registration right, invalidity and termination of the right, infringement of right and civil procedures, exploitation by a government agency or third person, penal provisions, etc. Articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 12 and 13 of the Draft Law are in line with Article 35 of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 12 is in line with Article 36 of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 13 paragraph (d) is in line with Article 37(1) of the TRIPS Agreement. Part Eight of the Draft Law is in line with Article 37(2) of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 7 of the Draft Law is in line with Article 38 of the TRIPS Agreement. Part Eight of the Draft Law related with exploitation by a Government Agency or a third person is in line with Article 40 of the TRIPS Agreement. Part Nine, Section One of the Draft Law is in line with Article 41 of the TRIPS Agreement.
