6. Brief description
Amendments to the Procedure for the Payment of Fees for Actions Related to the Protection of Rights to Intellectual Property Objects (inventions, utility models, industrial designs, integrated circuit topography, marks for goods and services, and indications of goods origin) removed the double scale for the amounts of fees that constituted an infringement of WTO principles, and set equal amounts of fees for all payers of such fees, irrespective of their citizenship, place of residence, or location.
