European Union

This year’s report of technical cooperation activities conducted by Sweden shows the continued commitment under Article 67 TRIPS. The international training programs carried out throughout the year Sweden proves that it takes the obligations under Article 67 TRIPS seriously.

The international training programs aim to enhance the participants' understanding of intellectual property rights with a strong emphasis on its contribution to economic growth, trade and development. This in turn increases participating countries' ability to handle, address and deal with issues related to intellectual property at the national, subregional and regional levels as well in the international context.
