This document has been prepared under the Secretariat's own responsibility and without prejudice to the positions of Members and to their rights and obligations under the WTO. 1. This document updates the information on the WTO Secretariat's technical cooperation activities in regard to TRIPS matters contained in document IP/C/W/515, dated 26 September 2008. It covers the period from 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009. It deals both with the Secretariat's technical activities that specifically relate to intellectual property and with those of a broader character which have a significant intellectual property component.
