1.1International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants of 2 December 1961, revised in Geneva on 10 November 1972 and 23 October 1978, in force for Switzerland since 8 November 1981 (RS 0.232.162). 1.2International Convention for the Use of Appellations of Origin and Denominations of Cheeses of 1 June/18 July 1951 (with Protocols) (Stresa Convention) (RS 0.817.142.1). 2.Customs Union Treaty between Switzerland and Liechtenstein: agreements concluded within the framework of that Treaty 2.1Treaty of 29 March 1923 between Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein uniting the Principality of Liechtenstein with Swiss Customs Territory, in force since 1 January 1924 (Customs Union Treaty) (RS 0.631.112.513).3 2.2Agreements reached pursuant to the Customs Union Treaty, inter alia: (1)Treaty of 22 December 1978 between the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Liechtenstein on the protection conferred by patents for inventions (Treaty on Patents) (RS 0.232.149.514).4 (2)Arrangement on the execution of the Treaty between Switzerland and Liechtenstein on Patents, concluded on 10 December 1979 and in force since 1 April 1980 (RS 0.232.149.514.1). 3. Bilateral agreements on intellectual property 3.1Convention between Switzerland and Germany of 13 April 1892 on the reciprocal protection of patents, designs and marks, in force since 16 August 1894 (RS 0.232.149.136). 3.2Treaty of 7 March 1967 between the Swiss Confederation and the Federal Republic of Germany on the protection of indications of source and other geographical designations, in force since 30 August 1969 (RS 0.232.111.191.36). 3.3Treaty of 9 April 1974 between the Swiss Confederation and the Spanish State on the protection of indications of source, appellations of origin and similar designations, in force since 10 March 1976 (RS 0232.111.193.32). 3.4Treaty of 14 May 1974 between the Swiss Confederation and the French Republic on the protection of indications of source, appellations of origin and similar designations, in force since 10 October 1975 (RS 0.232.111.193.49). 3.5Treaty of 14 December 1979 between the Swiss Confederation and the People's Republic of Hungary on the protection of indications of source, appellations of origin and other geographical designations, in force since 14 August 1981 (RS 0.232.111.194.18). 3.6Treaty of 16 September 1977 between the Swiss Confederation and the Portuguese Republic on the protection of indications of source, appellations of origin and similar designations, in force since 14 May 1980 (RS 0.232.111.196.54). 3.7Treaty of 16 November 1973 between the Swiss Confederation and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on the protection of indications of source, appellations of origin and other geographical designations, in force since 14 January 1976 (RS 0.232.111.197.41).
