Further to the notification made in January 1996, we hereby have the pleasure to forward, in accordance with Article 4(d) of the TRIPS Agreement, a revised list of conventions which Denmark wishes to notify. Attached to the list are major bilateral agreement in dual copies.* These include a model agreement for variety testing. For each country minor variations to the model agreement are inserted into the agreement, e.g. authority names and references to local terminology.
