2. Description

I have the honour to inform you of a modification in the list of bilateral and multilateral agreements relating to intellectual property in force prior to the Agreement Establishing the WTO as notified to you on 10 January 1996. Two Franco-Polish Trade Conventions, of 9 December 1924 and 24 April 1929, which are no longer in force and were mistakenly included in Section 4, "Agreements on trade and scientific and technical cooperation", should be deleted from the list.
