2. Description

The Government of Sweden hereby wishes to notify to the Council for TRIPS the following international agreements in accordance with Article 4, sentence 2, paragraph (d) of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights: -Agreement between the Kingdom of Sweden and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Mutual Protection of Copyright; -International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants of 2 December 1961 as revised on 10 November 1972 and 23 October 1978.1
