I have the pleasure to notify the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization (WTO) of the International Agreements related to Intellectual Property signed by Venezuela which entered into force before the WTO Agreement and grant special advantages to nationals of the signatory countries. This notification is made in accordance with Article 4(d) of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), without prejudice to the later provision of additional information.
