1. The Chairperson said that the proposed agenda (WTO/AIR/1720) was based on the discussion at the Council's informal meeting on 15 February 2002. He suggested that the proposed agenda be adopted on the following understandings: first, that the Council would ensure that all mandates relevant to each agenda item were met; second, that this was done within the specified time-frames; and third, that the Council would ensure an equitable sharing of the time between the different agenda items.
