100. The Chairperson informed the Council that the Kingdom of Cambodia would become the 148th Member of the WTO on 13 October 2004. Cambodia would be the second least-developed country to join the WTO pursuant to Article XII of the WTO Agreement, that is, through the full WTO working party process.
