The Chairman informed the Council that, at its meeting on 20 April 2005, the Dispute Settlement Body had adopted panel reports on European Communities – Protection of Trademarks and Geographical Indications for Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs, complaints by the United States and Australia (IP/D/19/Add.2 and IP/D/25/Add.1).
