The representative of Cambodia, associating himself with statements made by Zambia and Uganda, said that Cambodia's situation concerning financial, economic and institutional issues, as well as legislation to bring its IPR regime into compliance with the TRIPS Agreement, was similar to that outlined by Zambia and Uganda. Therefore, extension was required for it to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement.
