The Chairman proposed that the Secretariat be requested to revise and update the draft report to reflect the discussions at the present meeting, and that the revised draft report be faxed to Members, who would have one week to comment on the revised and updated parts. As to the three items that were left open, he suggested that the Secretariat be requested to prepare an addendum to the report that would contain additional information on the Council's work, were the session to be reconvened. This addendum would be approved through a written procedure.
