The Chairman recalled that, at its last meeting, the Council had taken up its fourth annual review of developed country Members' reports on their implementation of Article 66.2 of the TRIPS Agreement. In concluding that item, he had indicated that he would provide delegations with an opportunity at the present meeting to make further comments on the information submitted for that meeting that they had not been able to study. Given that only few least-developed country Members were present, he said that at the Council's next meeting there would be a further opportunity to make comments on the information submitted.
