77. The Chairman said that this item had been put on the Council's proposed agenda at the request of the delegation of the United States, dated 26 January 2007. The Council had received a communication from the United States entitled "Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (Part III of the Agreement): Experiences of Border Enforcement" (IP/C/W/488).
