The representative of China noted that a document on the dispute China – Measures affecting protection and enforcement of IPR had been put in the document compilation for the TRIPS Council meeting and asked the Secretariat whether any Member had requested the inclusion of this document and, if not, whether its inclusion was procedurally justified.
