205. The representative of Argentina said that her delegation believed that such consultations should be ongoing and the issue required a further exchange of positions. Her delegation also welcomed the issue being dealt with on the second day of the October Council for TRIPS. Her delegation was open to any initiative which was intended to assess the functioning of the Paragraph 6 system.
