59. The Chairman said that he would pass on Members' comments on the Director-General's consultations on the implementation-related issues. He opened the floor for Members' comments on India's proposal to invite the CBD Secretariat to make a briefing on the outcome of the Nagoya meeting at the next TRIPS Council's meeting.
