The Chairman said that, as had already been discussed under a previous agenda item, the Council would take up at its October 2011 meeting its annual review of technical cooperation under Article 67. Furthermore, the Council would have on its agenda the final transitional review under Section 18 of the Protocol of the Accession of the People's Republic of China.
