The Chairman suggested that the Secretariat be requested to update its earlier summary note IP/C/W/349/Rev.1 on the points raised in the Council's substantive discussions on the issue of non violation and situation complaints. He said that he would continue to be informally in touch with delegations to see if they had any ideas on how the Council's discussion on the matter could best be facilitated. He encouraged delegations to consider whether they would have any examples of situations where such complaints might be relevant or any suggestions for modalities for the Council's consideration.
