260. The representative of Bolivia expressed his concern about the violation of Cuban IPRs in breach of the DSB decision. The non-compliance was all the more egregious as these were the very Members who promoted the adoption of new IP obligations and extension of IPRs to other areas. Hence he supported Cuba's statement and urged the country concerned to implement the DSB decision.
