754. Australia notes Canada's communication regarding the Work Programme for Electronic Commerce and the continuing interest in the TRIPS Council in discussing related themes in meetings to be held in 2017. 755. Australia sees value in sharing national experiences and practices on e-commerce issues in the TRIPS Council and will consider each e-commerce and IP theme on a case-by-case basis as each is brought forward next year. 756. Australia would also like to ensure that there is no duplication of work undertaken in committees of other organizations, for example, the World Intellectual Property Organization. 757. We look forward to working with Canada to discuss possible themes for discussions on e commerce within the TRIPS Council in 2017.
