66. The representative of India welcomed the steps that had been taken under the guidance of the Council during the year to focus on the effective provision of technical cooperation to Members. His delegation had appreciated the Workshop on Border Enforcement organized jointly with WIPO and had benefited from participation. He joined other delegations which had called for a special focus on technical cooperation which could be reflected appropriately in the report of the Council to the Singapore Ministerial.
