The representative of the European Communities said that his delegation fully supported the statement made by the United States on notifications of national implementing legislation relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the Agreement. At several previous meetings, Members had discussed a format for such notifications and it was now important that they were effectively presented to the Council. In due course, Members would have to decide in the Council how to review those notifications.
