The Chairperson said that a number of countries had informed the Council at the previous meeting about the preparation by their delegations of notifications under Article 63.2 relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5. However, to date, no such notifications had been received other than the ones that had been made earlier by Zambia and Romania and those made by Members that had made comprehensive notifications under Article 63.2 relating to all provisions of the Agreement.
