10. The representative of Singapore said that his delegation would present a notification relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5 very soon. The representative of Hong Kong, China said that his delegation was working on a draft notification relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5. The notification would be communicated to the Council very soon. The representative of Egypt said that his delegation was in contact with the Secretariat regarding the formulation of its notification relating to Articles 3, 4 and 5 and expected to submit that notification before the next meeting of the Council.
